Immortal Iran is an explicitly political brand. Our products carry symbols associated with pre-revolutionary Iran — including the Lion and Sun, the Pahlavi Crown, the Imperial Coat of Arms, and the pre-1979 Iranian flag — which represent opposition to the current government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

We do not hide this and we do not apologise for it. By purchasing from this store, you acknowledge that you understand the political nature of these symbols and accept that you are purchasing a politically positioned product.

Immortal Iran is an independent diaspora operation based in Sydney, Australia. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as official representatives of any political party, organisation, royal household, or government — including the office of Prince Reza Pahlavi or any constitutional monarchist organisation.

We express political views and support for the broad movement for a free, democratic Iran. These are our views as private individuals and do not constitute official representation of any movement, campaign, or political entity.

The Lion and Sun, the Imperial Iranian Coat of Arms, and associated historical symbols are not owned by any individual or organisation. Their use in this context is an act of cultural and political expression.

The Immortal Iran brand name, logo, and original design compositions on our products are our own work. Reproduction of our specific design arrangements without permission is not authorised.

Immortal Iran is not a registered charity or not-for-profit organisation. We operate as a private sole trader business that directs all surplus revenue beyond operating costs to diaspora activist causes and future production runs. Purchases from this store are not tax-deductible charitable donations under Australian law.

All items are made to order and pressed by hand in Sydney. Production typically takes 5–7 business days before dispatch. Delivery times stated at checkout are courier transit times only and do not include production time. Total delivery time from order placement is 8–14 business days for Australian addresses in most cases.

Occasionally specific blanks may be temporarily out of stock. In these cases we will contact you within 24 hours to offer an alternative, a substitute of equivalent or greater quality, or a full refund.

The sale and wearing of political apparel is a protected act of expression under Australian law. We operate fully within Australian law. Customers are responsible for understanding the legal environment in their own jurisdiction before purchasing or wearing our products — particularly customers residing outside Australia or in countries where these symbols may be restricted.

We do not ship to Iran or to jurisdictions where possession of these items could endanger the recipient.

All garments are produced using DTF heat transfer printing on wholesale blank apparel. Garment measurements in size charts are approximate and subject to ±2cm manufacturing tolerance. Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the physical product due to monitor calibration and photography conditions.

Care instructions must be followed to maintain print integrity — in particular, tumble drying will degrade DTF prints over time. Failure to follow care instructions voids any reprint or replacement guarantee.
